Do you only design properties you manage?
No, design and furnishing projects are available standalone. Many clients come for the design and stay for the management.
What does a typical project cost?
It depends on the property size and how much is being furnished from scratch. After a consultation you get an itemised budget before anything is ordered, no surprises.
How long does a furnishing project take?
A one or two-bed apartment is typically design-to-photo-ready in 2–4 weeks, depending on lead times.
Will design really change my revenue?
Yes, listing photos are the single biggest driver of click-through and conversion. A well-designed property also commands a higher nightly rate and wins repeat guests.
