I use the house myself sometimes. Does that work?
Perfectly, it's one of the most common Cheshire arrangements we run. You block your own dates in the calendar, keep an owner's cupboard locked for personal things, and the house earns whenever you're not in it. Many of our second-home owners started exactly this way.
How local are you, really?
