Common questions about property management

What does complete management cost?

A flat 15% per booking + VAT, and that includes the whole ongoing service: listing, pricing, guest vetting, 24/7 communications, cleaning coordination, maintenance and compliance. Alongside it there is a one-off onboarding fee, confirmed up front. No monthly minimums, no lock-in contracts, just a 30-day notice period.

How quickly can my property go live?

Fast. Once your property is furnished and guest-ready we photograph it, build the listing and go live the following day, and we would expect your first booking within the week. If your property is already listed, we can usually take over management within days.

Whose Airbnb account holds my listing?

Listings run from the established City Superhost host profile, which carries a 4.8★ average and 7,426+ guest reviews. Your property starts earning with that trust behind it from day one, instead of launching as a brand-new listing with zero reviews.

Do you handle regulations and compliance?

Yes. We track gas and electrical safety certificates, fire-safety requirements and Manchester planning considerations (including Article 4 areas), and we stay on top of the incoming national short-term let registration scheme.
