Why list on more than Airbnb?
Because demand is fragmented. Corporate guests favour Booking.com, families use Vrbo, and many travellers start on Google. Multi-channel distribution lifts occupancy without lowering price, and our direct site adds bookings with no OTA commission at all.
How does dynamic pricing work?
Base rates are set per property, then adjusted daily using market data: city-wide demand, events (football, concerts, conferences), seasonality, day of week and how far out the date is. A static price is always wrong, too cheap when the city is full, too dear when it is quiet.
Do I keep ownership of my listing?
Listings run from the established City Superhost profile, so your property launches with a 4.8★, 7,426-review host history behind it rather than starting from zero. That track record is one of the strongest ranking and conversion assets a new listing can have.
My listing already exists. Can you improve it?
That is the most common starting point. We audit it against our 100-point checklist, re-shoot if needed, rewrite the copy, fix the settings and add the missing channels.
