Common questions about dynamic pricing
Is dynamic pricing an extra cost?
No. Pricing is built into our flat 15% + VAT management service, there is no separate pricing-tool subscription for you to pay. We carry the cost of the tools and the daily oversight.
Do you just use an off-the-shelf pricing tool?
We use professional pricing software as the starting point, then apply human judgement on top: local event knowledge, your property’s quirks and what is actually converting. Tools alone miss the Manchester-specific demand spikes; a local team does not.
Will you ever drop my price too low?
We set a floor for every property, so rates never fall below a level you are comfortable with. The aim is maximum revenue across the month, which usually means holding firm on peak dates and being smart on quiet ones, not racing to the bottom.
How much more could good pricing earn me?
