The nine things below are the whole job of running a profitable Airbnb in Manchester. Our flat 15% + VAT management fee covers managing and coordinating all of them, apart from interior design, which we quote separately. Alongside it there is a one-off £400 + VAT onboarding fee covering professional photography, your listing build and setup.
